Your dental health is a priority to us and we want to do everything we can to help you stay on track with your care. We also recognize that life happens and things come up and when they do you may be forced to change your dental appointment time.
In the event you do need to change your appointment we ask that you call us at least 2 days before your scheduled time so we may find you a new appointment that works for your schedule and so we may offer your cancelled appointment to another patient.
Because of the support we receive from our patients, we do NOT charge a cancellation or no-show fee. Please help us to continue this patient offering by giving us at least a 2-day notification in the event you require a change.
