Do you grind or clench your teeth?
1 in 3 people do and most people are not even aware they do it. Some grind or clench only during the night, others during the day and for the unfortunate “Bruxer’s” it’s ongoing. There are a number of reasons for bruxism, misaligned teeth, stress and some even say it’s nothing more than a habit.
